As a magazine editor I have worked on a number of titles, most recently as editorial director of Conde Nast’s contract publishing department. As well as pitching for and winning new business in this role, I have edited Canary, a glossy lifestyle magazine for the Canary Wharf area; HSBC Premier magazine, another lifestyle publication with a financial twist, for HSBC’s top customers; and Savoy Style, a glossy London-based magazine for the Savoy Group of Hotels.
Some portraits from this shoot by Trevor Leighton, which I commissioned for Canary magazine, are now permanently exhibited in the National Portrait Gallery.
Savoy Style magazine was recently shortlisted by the APA in the category Specialist Magazine of the Year 2002.
